Sarah joined EnAct in August 2005 and became a director in March 2008. Since joining EnAct she has provided advice to a range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of environmental law and governance including renewable energy, waste management and water and she has particular expertise in the law related to protected areas and biodiversity protection. Prior to joining the firm she practised as a litigation lawyer in Durban and then worked for 6 years in two major commercial law firms in London. While in the UK she also worked on the three-year public inquiry into BSE and variant CJD charied by Lord Nicholas Phillips. She has a Masters degree in environmental law and is a director of the specialist environmental law firm, Cullinan & Associates.
